The essence of wax loss method is that it can make extremely complex and fine metal products. There are several steps to go through.
1. Molding to produce clay model.
2. Turn the mold to get the wax mold. Where the wax model is not perfect, it needs to be trimmed and carved to get a fine model. It can even show details such as hair.
3. By hanging sand, melting wax and sintering, a fastened hollow die can be obtained.
4. Cast the metal solution, smash the mold after cooling, and take out the metal products. After careful polishing, you can get exquisite castings.

Q : Can i have a trial order or samples only for several pieces?
A : As the product is customized and need to be produced, we will charge sample cost, but if the sample is unqualified, the sample will be free or after you placed mass orders, we will refund the sample cost.
Q : Can you open mold for us to manufacture new product?
A : Yes! if the quantity is big, our company can afford part of the mold cost.

A : Yes, every defected products will be replaced and the cost be responsble by us or we will send new ones to customer immidiately if it is urgent. However, it would take some time for the first production and almost 0 bad feedback from our customers after then .
